LUDICROUSLY daft cartoon from 1994 that provided no end of inspiration for The Incredi-bles (this first season also starts with a TV interview - snap!).
The Tick is a buffoon of a superhero, packed to the rafters with sensational superhero drivel ("You don't fight destiny, no sir. And you don't eat crackers in the bed of your future, or you get all... scratchy"), along with his sidekick, the Moth-costumed Arthur.
Along the way he'll get to pour nonsense down the ears of supervillains such as the flower-faced El Seed, the Breadmaster with his gooey sidekick Buttery Pat, Chairface Chippendale and Thrakkorzog, the evil ruler of Dimension 14B.
Tremendous.
