DANIEL LUKE BURGIS, aged 37 and of Pilot Hight Road, Bournemouth, admits failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to comply with his curfew and being absent on 11 occasions with a total accumulative time violation of an hour and 29 minutes. MICHAEL JAMES ROSS, aged 29 and of Keyhaven Road, Milford on Sea, admits driving a Citroen Saxo in Castle Lane East, Bournemouth, on July 20 with 2.3 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £80, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
