SIX cats and dogs currently based at Margaret Green Animal Rescue are looking for their homes.

Five-year-old cat, Nikita, was formerly a stray and is described as an affectionate girl who also likes her own space. She should be fine to live with a cat friendly dog and older children but would prefer to be the only cat.

Stevie, the seven-year-old cat, is very friendly and loves to meet and greet people. She should be fine to live with children but would need to be the only pet.

Another cat looking for a home is Andy. He is eight-years-old and has recently had an operation as he eye was very poorly but he’s healing well. He might be able to live with older children and would need to be the only pet.

Three-year-old Greyhound, Blaze, is incredibly affectionate and loves cuddles. He would prefer not to live with cats but could live with another medium to large dog and older children.

Mikey is an ex-racing Greyhound who is “very affectionate, happy and fun loving.” He can live with a female dog and older children but not cats or small furries.

Finally, there’s Whiskey. A two-and-a-half-year-old female Greyhound who enjoys cuddle time and gets very happy when people give her attention.
