FIREWORKS will light up the skies over the next few days with a host of organised displays taking place across Dorset and the New Forest.

1. Ringwood's bonfire and firework display is back with a bang at Carvers Recreation Ground on Sunday, November 4. Gates open at 3.30pm with live entertainment from 3.45pm. At 5pm, there will be a quieter firework display for youngsters who don't like loud noises before the bonfire is lit at 6pm with the main display being held at 7pm. There will also be a funfair, bar and food stalls. Advance tickets cost £1.50 or £2.50 on the gate. Entry is free for preschool age children.
2. A free firework display comes to Poole Quay on Monday, November 5. The fun starts at 5pm with street entertainers, jugglers, fire performances and live music followed by fireworks over the water at 8pm.
3. The fifth annual New Milton Round Table Charity Fireworks takes place Fawcetts Field on Saturday, November 10. The bonfire is lit at 7pm with the fireworks at 7.30pm.
