DISABILITY charity Diverse Abilities is hosting its first ever Christmas Carol Concert in Wimborne.
The event, which will include appearances from news reporter Kate Adie and Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dorset, Angus Campbell, will take place at Wimborne Minster at 6.30pm on Thursday, December 20.
There will be sing-a-longs with local choirs Citrus Singers and Vocal Impact, as well as a special performance by Langside School students. Following the concert guests can enjoy a homemade mince pie at the drinks reception.
Diverse Abilities event co-ordinator Amy McBrayne said: “By attending our event you will be doing something amazing for extraordinary children and adults with disabilities in Dorset. A big thank you also goes to our event sponsor Colton Care along with Millard Photography and Cakes by Sadie who are generously donating their time.”
Tickets for the event cost £15 for adults and £5 for children. To find out more or book tickets online visit diverseabilities.org.uk/carolconcert or call 01202 718266.
