A DECISION looms on an appeal to build a two-bedroom bungalow on land currently used as a garden in Christchurch.
A planning inspector is currently considering the application for 14 Bure Homage Lane.
Christchurch Borough Council's planning officers rejected the scheme under delegated powers.
In reaching their decision, the officers said the development would appear "cramped" and "visually incongruous".
An appeal statement submitted on behalf of the applicant says the the proposed development is an "appropriate response" to the character of the area.
