The Member of the European Parliament and former UKIP leader was in Dorset with colleagues from the Leave Means Leave movement.
Mr Farage did a walkabout along the High Street on market day after arriving on a bus branded with the words "Stop the Brexit betrayal".
He spoke to residents, market traders and sampled some of the produce before congregating in The Ship Inn.
A small group of supporters followed him along High Street, alongside a scrum of media reporters and photographers.
Mr Farage told the Daily Echo: "Dorset was very much a leave county.
"There are plenty of MPs in this county who appear to want to support a plan for a customs union and all sorts of things people simply didn't vote for.
"What we are saying is to the public tell yours MPs if they betray the Brexit vote they will never get your vote again."
The prominent pro-Brexit campaigner is due to speak at a rally in Bournemouth this evening.
He will be joined by Bournemouth West MP Conor Burns and Wetherspoons CEO Tim Martin.
