THE Priory in Christchurch will be lit up from Friday to Sunday to mark baby loss awareness week.
It is hoped the setting will create a space to commemorate the lives of babies who died during pregnancy, at or soon after birth and in infancy and serve to showcase this issue.
The function has been organised by Christchurch Borough Council and Priory officials.
They hope the move will help raise awareness for the subject, helping drive research, care and policy around baby loss.
The week-long focus, which begins on Tuesday, October 9, seeks to highlight the key issues for people who have experienced pregnancy loss or baby death in the UK
