Journey uptown to Horseshoe Common to witness tantalising teasers during the afternoon, as a warm up to the Circus Folly: Night Carnival parade taking place later in Old Christchurch Road from 7pm.. Spot circus runaways, friendly pandas, fierce (but friendly) tigers in a series of pop-up performances suitable for all ages.

2. Also performing at 1pm and 3pm in Horseshoe Common are Bournemouth’s Love Soul Choir, providing a musical extravaganza of classic pop, from vintage to contemporary classics.

missed.

3. Lofi Funky Space Quest at 2pm at Halo club in Exeter Road.

Described as what can only be a sci-fi, super hero, hip-hop, audio-video interactive mash-up, Into The Unknown is a brand-new children’s show (aimed at ages 3-8 and their families) which was formulated utilising the imaginations of a team of megatronikal earth children and the intergalactic queen of interactive theatre, Hannah McGavin. The brainchild of Tom Quarrelle and Cheeva, Lo Fi Funky Space Quest promises to be quite the meteoric journey.

This show is FREE but you will need to book a ticket. Please note that seating for this performance is unallocated.

4. Bournemouth’s Night Club chaplaincy is set to host this ‘almost all-nighter’ at St Peter’s Church which is open from 9.30pm until 4pm with reflective interactive art installations, DJs and of course, the popular free cafe.
