A SHOPLIFTER has been ordered not to enter any shops in a Boscombe street ahead of a sentencing hearing.
Justin Eugene Smith, 43 and of Seabourne Road, appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court on September 25 to admit two counts of theft, one of burglary, one of criminal damage and one of possession of a class C drug.
The defendant first stole Prosecco and chocolate from the Co-op in Seabourne Road on September 14. On the same day, he broke into Jack Of All Fades in Seabourne Road and stole a watch, a sports bag and hair trimmers.
On September 23, he destroyed part of a glass door at the British Heart Foundation in Christchurch Road and stole jeans from the same charity shop.
A quantity of tablets, including class C diazepam, were also found in his possession on the same day.
Smith was bailed until October 11 for a pre-sentence report. Magistrates warned him not to enter any shops in Seabourne Road, as well as the British Heart Foundation branch.
