A MAN who twice got behind the wheel while disqualified from driving has been jailed.
Jason Lee Holland, of Aylesbury Road in Boscombe, appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court on Friday, September 14 to admit driving while disqualified in Seabourne Road, Bournemouth on June 14. He also admitted a related charge of driving without insurance.
By driving during the summer, he breached a suspended sentence order of 10 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months. The order was made in April after Holland, 48, was convicted of driving a Porsche Cayenne in St Mary's Road, Poole on August 23 2017 when he was disqualified.
Magistrates jailed the defendant for a total of 12 weeks because of the breach. He was ordered to pay a £115 surcharge and £85 costs, and his driving record was endorsed with six points.
