POLICE investigating a burglary in Bournemouth have released CCTV images of two suspects.

A woman living in Wheaton Road disturbed burglars at her property on the morning of Monday, September 3.

The offenders are believed to have broken into the property through an open window sometime between 10.20am and 10.45am.

When the woman returned to her home, she interrupted the burglary and the offenders fled.

She later discovered a debit card had been stolen from a wallet left on the kitchen table.

The card was used in five different stores in Christchurch Road and Wimborne Road.

PC Jenna Bushby, of Bournemouth police, urged anyone who recognises the men in the CCTV images to contact police via dorset.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting 55180142523.

“I would also like to remind residents to ensure their doors and windows are locked when they go out to prevent themselves becoming a victim of crime," she said.
