A FORMER dental surgery in Boscombe could be converted into two flats.
Developer TCI Construction Ltd is seeking planning permission for the conversion of the Wootton Lodge Dental Practice at 717 Christchurch Road.
The practice went into liquidation in April leaving many patients without a dentist, and NHS staff had to redirect patients with appointments to other surgeries in the area.
Others were advised to contact the 111 helpline to find a dentist for urgent treatment.
Wootton Lodge provided both NHS and private dental treatment to its patients.
There would be two one-bedroom flats each with a parking space, and no external alterations are listed in the plans, to date.
