WORK will close part of a busy road in Bournemouth for three weeks next month.
Charminster Road will be fully closed southbound to traffic wanting to travel beyond the Alma Road and Richmond Park Road junction.
The works are due to start on Thursday, April 5.
Bournemouth council said they will be carrying out “essential carriageway reconstruction works” on Charminster Road between Alma Road and St. Albans Road.
The works are part of the council’s annual maintenance programme.
All through traffic travelling southbound will be diverted.
