POLICE pulled a driver over at Richmond Hill in Bournemouth for having no insurance.
Eyewitnesses saw officers from one police car initially speaking to the driver.
However, two armed police vehicles arrived shortly afterwards, with officers seen searching the car.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police officers arrived at the scene at around 12.15pm.
No other offences were identified, they confirmed.
