A WOMAN has been hospitalised after she fell from the roof of a building in Bournemouth.
The incident occurred on Monday evening at a property on St Swithun's Road.
Ambulance, police and fire services were all on the scene following reports of a concern for welfare.
Police set up a cordon around the address, which included at the junction with Frances Road.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "Officers were called at 6.03pm to reports of a concern for welfare at an address in St Swithun's Road, Bournemouth.
"A cordon was put in place to allow emergency services to deal with the incident.
"A woman fell from the roof of the property and has been taken to hospital. Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening."
A police presence remained at the scene of the incident for the rest of the evening.
