THE future of Dorset's hospitals will be discussed at a meeting next week.
The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust stakeholder event will include details of the NHS Dorset Clinical Services Review, which will see the trust become eastern Dorset's main emergency care centre.
Trust CEO Tony Spotswood will deliver an opening address, and there will be a chance to discuss new proposals to merge the service with Poole Hospital.
Head of patient engagement Rachel Bevan said: “We’d really encourage people to come along to this event and hear first-hand about the changes afoot and all the work we are doing to continually improve our services for our patients.”
The event takes place in the hospital's education centre on Thursday, September 28, from 3-5pm. To book a place email patient.engagement@rbch.nhs.uk or call 01202 704253.
