A POPULAR Bournemouth restaurant has closed its doors for good.
Mexican restaurant Coriander had been in the heart of Bournemouth for more than 30 years.
The Richmond Hill eatery was well known for its Mexican cuisine, as well as the paper and crayons issued to all customers.
It received many four and five-star ratings online.
The news of the closure was announced on Friday, with Coriander placing a sign on their door.
The sign said: “Coriander is now closed. A big thanks to all our customers and staff over the years.”
The same announcement was made on the restaurant's social media pages.
More than 100 people had already commented on Facebook by Friday afternoon.
One customer said: "Oh no, that's a real shame. Loved dining here. Great food and staff and where else could you create 'artwork' with the crayons provided? All the best to staff and thanks for the memories!"
Another called the business "our favourite restaurant ever for 25 years".
A former employee said: "Thanks for being the best bosses I've ever had and giving me the best job I've ever had."
