AROUND a dozen vehicles have been vandalised overnight in Southbourne - leaving fuming owners facing expensive repairs.
A Dorset Police spokesman told the Echo: "We first got a call at 12.20am this morning reporting a number of vehicles that had been damaged in Sunnyhill Road, Paisley Road and Castlemain Avenue.
"There are no arrests at this stage but we are investigating."
Since then Dorset Police received more calls, as residents woke to find their vehicles had been damaged.
Police say most of the attacks involve damage to wing mirrors, may have been knocked off or smashed leaving owners facing repair bills likely to run into the hundreds of pounds.
Anyone with information has been urged to contact Dorset Police on 101. Alternatively, witnesses can contact the anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
