It's gone down in history as one of Bournemouth's most memorable events.
In 1992, 12,000 ravers flocked to Matchams Stadium for Fantazia event Summertime, causing monster tailbacks that made national news.
The 12-hour event held between 8pm and 8am on May 15 was only meant for 8,000 people but thousands more turned out after extra tickets were printed.
The event featured DJ sets from the likes of DJ Slipmatt, Phantasy and Ratpack.
Hundreds of vehicles were parked up at Hurn more than three miles away from the site with more between there and Blackwater, according to the Echo's archives.
Undercover police arrested at least 50 people for drug offences with a police bill of more than £20,000 being picked up the tax payer.
Today, we take a look back at the event that made headlines 25 years ago.
