A MAN wanted for breaching his licence conditions has been arrested.
A recall notice was issued for Gerrard Joseph Gibbs, 35 and of no fixed abode, after he breached his licence conditions following his release from prison on Friday, July 7.
Gibbs had served part of a 98-day sentence for theft and breaching previous licence conditions.
He was arrested on Friday 21 July 2017 following a report of shoplifting and assault in Queens Road in Bournemouth.
Gibbs has been arrested on suspicion of theft and assault and has been recalled to prison.
Investigations into the shoplifting and assault are ongoing.
