A NEW Argos digital store is set to open at Sainsbury's supermarket in Poole town centre.
The outlet, in the supermarket at Pitwines Close, replaces the Argos store at Kingland Crescent - which is set to close the day before the new one opens.
All staff members have been redeployed to the new outlet, Argos has confirmed.
Sainsbury's Poole manager Kevin Strowger said: "Sainsbury's has been a part of the local community for a number of years and we are really thrilled to welcome Argos and its team to our store.
"The new shop is great for customers, who are looking for easier, more convenient ways to shop. We're looking forward to feedback from customers about the increased range and offer."
It will offer thousands of products for immediate pickup, with 20,000 other products available for order and collection, and an additional 20,000 available for home delivery.
The new store, equipped with digital tablets, will also include an eBay collection point.
It opens on April 12.
