TWO people were taken to hospital following a crash at an off-roading event at Bovington yesterday morning.
Fire crews had were called to the incident after the casualties had become trapped inside the vehicle.
A spokesman for the Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said that they were alerted to the incident shortly before 10am, with crews from Wareham and Bere Regis attending.
Upon arrival the crew found two people trapped inside a car equipped with a roll cage.
With the assistance of team mechanics and ambulance service personnel, the crews were able to successfully extricate the casualties from the vehicle and they were handed over to paramedics.
Both casualties were taken to Poole Hospital.
