DESPITE the chance of thunderstorms today this week promises to be pretty warm weather wise.
With temperatures expected to reach 22C by the weekend it looks like it's going to also remain fairly dry as well.
Monday
It will be mostly cloudy throughout the day with periods of heavy rain in the morning.
There is also a chance of a thunderstorm in the afternoon.
By the evening most of the rain should have cleared up and there's even a chance of some sunshine although it will probably be fairly cloudy.
Highs of 18C.
Tuesday
It looks to be a foggy morning so motorists should take extra care on the roads.
The fog should clear by mid-morning but it will remain cloudy for most of the day with some sunny spells with temperatures reaching 19C.
Wednesday
Unfortunately the rain is set to return with outbreaks of rain expected throughout most of the morning. But temperatures will remain high and expected to reach 20C.
Thursday
Temperatures will remain the same on Thursday but the rain should have cleared up.
Some sunshine is expected later on in the day but be prepared for cloudy skies with a few scattered showers.
Friday
By Friday most of the cloud should have cleared with periods of sunshine expected throughout the day. And by Friday evening the weather should be lovely and expected to remain so for the rest of the weekend with highs of 22C.
