A BRAND new cider festival is due to take place in Wimborne this March.
Organised and hosted by company Fuelled by Cider, the event will take place at the Allendale Centre on Friday, March 18 and Saturday, March 19.
Visitors can choose from a range of ciders, including award-winning tipples from the recent Bristol Cider Festival.
The price of each session is £6 in advance, to include the first two half-pints of cider and a Fuelled by Cider pint glass.
Tickets on the door are £8.
The Friday session will take place from 7pm until midnight with music from Ben Gunn and the Junkyard Angels.
The first Saturday session will take place between noon and 5pm with music by John D Revelator, with the second lasting from 7pm until midnight, accompanied by The Engineers and Jawbone.
There will be a barbecue on the riverside patio, a fully licensed bar and soft drinks for the designated drivers.
