THE leader of Bournemouth Islamic Centre says all Muslims "strongly condemn" the attacks that rocked Paris and shocked the wider world.
Majid Yasin, Imam and director of Bournemouth Islamic Centre and Central Mosque, St Stephen's Road, spoke to the Daily Echo yesterday.
He said: "This is a crime we strongly condemn, we were so shocked to hear of this.
"Even though they say they are Muslims this has no relation to Islam. All of the Muslims over the world strongly condemn what they did.
"This is bringing shame, it is very bad. They have killed completely innocent people. For what?
"It is forbidden to cause harm in Islam, they are criminals."
The Imam urged anyone with any information about the attacks to speak to the authorities.
