He is the Mr Hell after which this strangely watchable 13-episode adult animated comedy skit collection is named.
While seldom on-the-floor-in-tears funny, there are enough quirky ideas to keep the whole shebang rocking along at a decent pace.
There's the Victorian woman detective who can't keep out of trouble (showing her ankles in public - for shame!), Champion the Wonder Snail who'll save those in peril... eventually, and Serge the Seal of Death who seeks bloody retribution for the death of his parents by fur trappers. Pleasantly amusing.
