FIREFIGHTERS extinguished a caravan fire behind Castlepoint Shopping Centre in Bournemouth this evening.
Two crews rushed to the scene after receiving a call at 5.45pm, where large plumes of black smoke could be seen above the Marks and Spencers store.
A Dorset Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said two appliances attended and that firefighters used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames.
She added that the caravan has been destroyed by the fire.
The stop message was received at 6.20pm.
