THE share of jobs accounted for by full-time employees in the region fell during the recession and has failed to recover, according to the TUC.
Full-time jobs accounted for 60 per cent of the market in 2007 but fell to 58 per cent in 2014, analysis published by the South West TUC showed.
The TUC said the number of part-time employees who said they want full-time hours stood at 1.3m, twice the figure before the recession.
