A FORMER councillor who was jailed last year will appear before magistrates next January to face two motoring charges.
Anthony Ramsden-Geary, 45, who was sent to prison for 10 months last September for obtaining credit as an undisclosed bankrupt and five breaches of the Insolvency Act, pleaded guilty with special reasons to driving without insurance.
He is also charged with failing to produce a driving licence, but has not offered a plea on this matter. The hearing has been adjourned until January 30 on the request of the defence.
Ramsden-Geary, of Manor Road, Bournemouth, was found to be driving a Range Rover in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on January 31 this year without insurance.
