THE Bournemouth Air Festival took off in fine fashion yesterday.
The rain clouds may have been there at the very beginning, but in a short while they had been replaced by bright sunshine.
Crowds were treated to some spectacular displays including the Red Arrows, who will be performing on all four days of the event, and brave 94-year-old wingwalker Tom Lackey.
There aren’t too many events that you can say get bigger and better every year, but the air festival is certainly one of them.
Here’s to the next three days.
