CHRISTOPHER ANTHONY LESLIE aged 42 of HMP Winchester. Admitted assault by beating at Addison Close, Gillingham. Also admitted possessing heroin, a class A drug. Also admitted two counts of committing further offences during the period of suspended sentence orders imposed by West Dorset Magistrates. Also sentenced for original offences in respect of which a suspended sentence order was made in November 2013: stealing a pedal cycle to the value of £140 at Gillingham railway station; failing to surrender to custody at Weymouth Magistrates Court; theft of washing powder from The Factory Shop, Station Raod Gillingham; theft of a box of Koppenburg cider from One Stop, Gillingham. Committed to prison for seven days. Suspended sentence of eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, imposed by West Dorset Magistrates in November 2013 now implemented as a sentence of six weeks, to run concurrently with above.
