LEE JASON RIDOUT aged 38 of Columbia Road, Bournemouth. Admitted failing to stop after an accident when driving a Vauxhall van on Rutland Road, Bournemouth. Also admitted failing to report the road accident as above. Fined a total of £250. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs £35. Licence endorsed with six points.
NEIL GADD aged 34 of no fixed abode. Admitted failing to comply with a community order made by East Dorset Magistrates by failing to attend as directed. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence. Also sentenced for original offence in respect of which a community order was made in July 2013: assaulting a woman by beating at Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth. Community order made to participate in Integratred Domestic Abuse Programme for 28 days.
