Two charged with using counterfeit money in Swanage
TWO people have been charged with using counterfeit money in Swanage earlier this year.
Lee Graham Smith, 43, and Rachel Angeline Smith, 31, from Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, have been charged with counterfeit currency offences, following an incident on July 12, 2013.
Dorset Police advised Swanage business owners to be vigilant after a number of counterfeit notes had been used in shops on the high street, including in the Nixons Store, on Station Road.
They are both due to appear at Weymouth Magistrates Court on October 25.
