ITS seafront and beaches are undoubtedly Bournemouth’s biggest assets.
The alluring description, ‘seven miles of goldens sands’, appears in pretty much every piece of marketing for the resort. Now councillors are to consider an ambitious enhancement to make the seafront ‘world class’.
The key proposal in the £90m package is zoning it into four distinct areas, as outlined on page two today.
Any casual visitor can see that this part of town has huge potential with the right vision and the money to back it.
This plan is massive step in the right direction for Bournemouth.
