POLICE say they are still hunting a sex offender who attacked a 15-year-old schoolgirl in broad daylight in the centre of Poole.
The incident happened near the town’s bus station at 8.15am on Tuesday when the stranger approached the girl and touched her inappropriately as she walked through the underpass of Seldown Bridge towards the Dolphin swimming pool.
Police say a man who helped the girl after the attack has now come forward to help officers. No one has been arrested.
Anyone with information is asked to call Dorset Police quoting incident number 17:69.
