PLAN VICTORY: Centro Pizza in Bournemouth have won their appeal to open until 5am
A PIZZA and alcohol delivery business will be able to open until 5am after successfully winning a planning appeal.
Centro Pizza, which is based at the Lansdowne in Bournemouth, appealed to a Government inspector through its solicitors Horsey Lightly Fynn, after councillors refused to waive some of their planning conditions.
A Government inspector said the Lansdowne area had an “active night-time economy” and was not significantly different from nearby Horseshoe Common.
Centro can now open until 5am and operate a delivery service until 1am Sunday to Thursday and 3am Friday and Saturday.
