DORSET Police are calling on the public to help reunite three families with their missing loved ones.

The countywide appeal is behind door 11 of the force’s interactive advent calendar and Dorset’s Assistant Chief Constable James Vaughan is hoping someone might recognise these individuals.

He said: “We’re hoping to reunite families with their loved ones in time for the festive season.

“The public can help by contacting us should they have any information.”

Jurij Sliachtecov is a Lithuanian of 21 from St Peter’s Road, Bournemouth, reported missing just before 5pm on Sunday, May 1, 2011.

He was last seen by friends on April 29 and they believed he may have returned to Lithuania, as Jurij had left his bank cards and clothes but taken his passport.

But Jurij’s family have not seen him and he has not entered Lithuania.

DI Jim Beashel, of Dorset CID, said Jurij withdrew money from a cash machine on Old Christchurch Road on Saturday, April 30, 2011.

“It was likely he was staying with someone during this time, but we’ve had no further sightings or leads since.”

He is white, of Eastern European appearance, five feet six inches, slim, has short brown hair and is clean shaven. He normally wears jeans and a T-shirt.

Anyone with any information should call Dorset Police on 101, quoting incident number 01:382.

Another missing man is Rohallah Madadi, a 23-year-old from north Bournemouth, who has not made contact with his family since Wednesday, December 28, 2011.

He told his family he planned to visit a friend in Manchester and was due to return in early January 2012, but did not.

DC Steve Griffin, of Bourne-mouth and Poole CID, said: “Rohallah has now been missing for almost a year. He was born in Afghanistan and spoke limited English.”

He is six feet, of slim build, with short black hair and a faint moustache. He has a soft voice.

Anyone with information can call Dorset Police on 101, quoting incident number 04:111.

And pensioner Kingsley Morgan was last seen on Portland at approximately 4.30pm on Friday, June 8, 2012.

The 74-year-old was wearing beige-coloured trousers and a fawn knitted jumper. He is described as 5ft 6in, of medium build with grey untidy hair.

DC Helen Sansom, of Dorset Police CID, said: “We’re still very concerned for Kingsley’s welfare.

“We are continuing to ask the public for their support in trying to locate him.”

Anyone with any information or knowledge as to Kingsley’s whereabouts should call Dorset Police on 101, quoting incident number 08:474.
