BLACKMAN JENNIFER ‘JENNY’ (née Jackman) Peacefully on 28th September 2016, aged 69 years at Forest Holme Hospice. A much loved Wife of Nick, Mum to Matthew and Lucy, Daughter of Jean. Funeral Service to be held at Poole Crematorium on Thursday, 13th October at 1 pm. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, for Langside School.
