DENMARK might be home to the best restaurant in the world right now, but we reckon you'll be more interested on the nation's favourite food... the hot dog.
So this is how the Danes do it.
Smoked sausage, grilled
Brioche bun, toasted
onions, chopped and fried in duck fat, with rosemary
tartare sauce/ketchup/mustard
Then you just assemble. In Denmark, hot dogs are traditionally eaten with chocolate milk, but I'm sure you could substitute a good Danish lager and no-one will complain.
