Cevapcici is a sausage made from mixed ground meat (normally lamb and beef, but sometimes pork too) and can be served on skewers or in a sandwich.

Cevapcici

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3 tablespoons chopped parsley

1/2 pound ground lamb

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder

The ingrediants need to be combined and then refrigerated for 2 hours before they are kneaded again and then shaped into sausages. For directions click here
