These sweet dough balls are easy to make and are guaranteed to go quick!
Dolcetti Al Cocco
170 grams dry coconut
40 grams flour
2 eggs
200 grams sugar
A pinch of salt
1. Put all the ingredients together and work them with a spoon first and then with hands to make the dough compact.
2. Make small balls shape and place them on a baking pan.
3. Put for about 15 minutes in the oven already warm at a temperature of 140°. They are ready when the colour is still white/a little bit golden.
