Jeremy Clarkson has squashed down claims that he and Top Gear could be facing the axe.
Writing in the latest edition of Top Gear magazine, the presenter confirmed that the BBC car show would definitely be back, and that he would be a part of it.
According to Digital Spy, he wrote: "There has been a lot of stuff in the newspapers recently about the future of Top Gear. Some seem to think there isn't one. But I can assure you, there is. There are also those who think I won't be part of it.
"Well, sorry, but I am. Unless I am eaten by a pack of wild dogs before the next series starts early next year."
It had been alleged that Jeremy had used racist language in the last series of the programme, and The One Show presenter and DJ Chris Evans recently denied that he would be taking over from Jeremy.
