Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift's poor perfume sales have been blamed for a loss at Elizabeth Arden, the company that makes them.
The cosmetics giant has suffered the biggest quarterly loss in its history, with the loss causing its stock to drop by 25 per cent, according to the Mail Online.
In a statement about the loss, Elizabeth Arden specifically named the two celebrity fragrances, pointing out that "the decline in sales of celebrity fragrances, particularly the Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift fragrances, was steeper than anticipated."
Beauty company Elizabeth Arden also makes perfumes for Britney Spears and Nicki Minaj, but did not name them in the statement.
Justin has two fragrances, Someday and Girlfriend, while Taylor's line includes Wonderstruck and Wonderstruck Enchanted.
Both Someday and Wonderstruck were selling well when they launched in 2011, suggesting sales have dropped off more recently.
