SASSY Danish singer, MØ, took the stage at the BIC by storm on Monday night.

The 27-year-old star has as much stage presence as somebody who has been in the industry for many years and she has the confidence to hold the audience's attention with her dancing and powerful voice.

She made use of the extended stage for the main act, Years and Years, she was supporting, getting the crowd involved in singing along and creating a lively atmosphere in the process.

MØ collaborated with Australian rapper, Iggy Azalea, on the 2014 single, Beg For It, but it was the 2015 hit, Lean On, which she starred on for Major Lazer and DJ Snake which got the largest screams from the crowds.

With model looks and a sense of style which is a more grown up version of many members of the largely young crowd, MØ is sure to stay a hit in the eyes of this social media savvy generation. Judging by the amount of phones raised up to record a short clip of her set, this is one popstar who is sure to continue into the future with great success and potentially return to Bournemouth as the headline act.
