POP/rock trio, The Hoosiers, fitted in well during their set at Parkstone music venue, Mr Kyps.
They were upbeat and received a huge, warm welcome as they sprung on the stage, with their catchy tunes to move along to, in what is a small and intimate stage, offering a close-up view of the music stars.
Famed for their hits including Worried About Ray, Goodbye Mr A, and Cops and Robbers, the band were on top form as they brought their tunes back to music-lovers after a break away from releasing records.
Supporting them were Ben Gunn and the Junkyard Angels, who played a host of country and rhythm and blues music, followed by Empire Affair, a Bournemouth-based band, with lots of enthusiasm and energy as they performed.
The Hoosiers say that they are excited after finishing off their third album, so I’m sure it won’t be long before we see their alternative pop music hitting the charts again.
