FAB: The Upbeat Beatles
THE sixties swing again as Bournemouth’s Pier Theatre hosts A Fabulous 60s Weekend from Friday.
Kicking things off as the seafront goes Carnaby Street are Brumbeat survivors The Fortunes, whose biggest hits include You’ve Got Your Troubles, Here It Comes Again and Here Comes That Rainy Day Feeling.
Saturday marks the return of The Upbeat Beatles, whose uptempo Beatles tribute show rocked the Pier earlier this year.
A Sunday matinee performance of The No 1 50s & 60s Show precedes the arrival of I’m Into Something Good hitmakers, Herman’s Hermits to close the show.
