WARD Teresa Nee Wakefield Passed away peacefully at home, with members of her family by her side, Monday 6th December 2021, aged 83 years. Loving mother of Christopher and Jeremy Wakefield. Proud grandmother of Jamie, William, Thomas, Daniel, Chloe and Imogen Wakefield. Ultra-proud great grandmother of Alexander, Noah, Samuel, Evie and April Wakefield. Her Requiem mass to be held at Our Lady Queen Of Peace, Southbourne on Wednesday 22nd December 2021 at 11.30am. Please wear something colourful- as we are celebrating Teresa's life.
