PLUMMER Thomas W H (Tom) Passed away peacefully at The Potteries Care Home on the 4th February in his 91st year. Husband of the late Kath, together once again. Father to Graham, Father-in-law to Jan, Dad to Lyn, Ivy and Gilbert, Grandad and Great-Grandad. No Flowers by request but donations, if desired, to The Potteries Residents Fund. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 20th February 2019 at 2.00 p.m at Poole Crematorium. Our very grateful thanks to all the Staff at The Potteries, especially the team on Dolphin Floor for their unstoppable help, love and kindness shown to Tom and all the family. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
