ELSWORTH Ann Passed away at Poole Hospital on January 29th 2019, aged 77. Reunited with her beloved husband Gordon who recently predeceased her, loving mother of Rachel and Gillian, mother-in-law of Ian and Chay and treasured grandma of Esme, Robert, Andrew and Oliver. Ann worked at Oakdale Middle School for many years and will be sadly missed. Funeral service will take place at Harbour View Crematorium on Monday February 18th at 11am.
